We are seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant/Medical Receptionist to join our team at Now Care Southgate Mall location. Variable schedule with shift differential pay after 6pm and for weekend shifts The Medical Receptionist/Clinic Assistant will: Welcome patients Complete the registration process Perform medical appointment scheduling Quote and collect payments Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to facilitate patient care Room patients as directed by the primary MA or LPN Take vital signs and update clinical records Complete room turnover and cleaning Stock supplies and manage inventory Maintain record logs for quality control Heighten the patient experience by providing extraordinary care Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) + match Voluntary benefits - Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Disability insurance Employee assistance program Minimum Requirements of the Clinic Assistant/Medical Receptionist position: Previous experience in the medical field preferred Must acquire BLS/CPR training within 6 months of hire Able to complete proficiency and clinical skills competency Basic computer knowledge and proficiency The successful candidate will be subject to a background check.
