Description

O2 Healthcare Group is looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our group of specialist/physiotherapy clinics at multiple locations across Singapore. Our team of Clinic Assistants play a critical role in delivering quality care and services to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors).
  • Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.
  • Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, coordinate investigation/procedure schedules, etc.
  • Perform administrative duties such as insurance/medisave claims, maintain filling system, maintain accurate clinical data records, accounts settlement, stock taking, etc
  • Assist doctors during consultation and clinic procedures if required (e.g. chaperoning, perform in-house procedures, such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Infleunza Test, etc.)
  • Assist physiotherapist during therapy sessions if required.
  • Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor/Physiotherapist

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage
  • Able to commit to 5.5 day work week (Mon to Fri full day and Sat Half day)
  • Comfortable with deployment among 2 or more clinic locations, when required
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
