Qualifications

• At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated experience in Ophthalmology is preferred.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
• Proactive and customer-focused, with strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook and Excel.
• Fluent in English.
