  • VIRTUE MEDICAL CLINIC is looking for FULL-TIME Clinic Assistants to join our Fledging healthcare group!
    We are a family-oriented GP clinic group that believes in valuing our staff / good team-work in order to achieve the best outcomes for patient care.

Responsibilities of a Clinic Assistant

  • Aid in the registration and scheduling of patients
  • Prepare prescribed medications as instructed by the doctor.
  • Generate bills and invoices for patients, and collect payments.
  • Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
  • Receive and distribute lab reports, communicate with the doctor, and contact patients accordingly
  • Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
  • Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in clinic operations (minimum 1 year)
  • Knowledge of relevant government and insurance schemes and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Hours: 44 hours/week including 1 weekend shift
Start Date: 15/11/2025
Location: Sengkang
