• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure seamless workflows, enhanced efficiency, and consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Clinic Manager and Medical Director to facilitate smooth clinic management.
• Deliver outstanding front-line service by managing cashiering, appointment scheduling, and responding to patient enquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
• Administer key processes such as insurance claims, Medisave applications, and the handling of Letters of Guarantee (LOG).
• Coordinate effectively with patients, vendors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth communication and uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in the renewal of clinic licenses and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and compliance requirements.
• Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by the Clinic Manager or Medical Director in support of the clinic’s operational and strategic objectives.
