The Clinic Assistant is responsible for the effective administration and operation of duties assigned at the Reception Counter.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Possess at least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge using Clinic Assist will have added advantage.
  • 5.5 days work week, (4.5 days + 1 day evening clinic, 8:30am to 8:30pm).
  • Comfortable to be cross-deployed when the need arises.

Responsibilities
  • Attends to reception duties.
  • Registers cases and prepares the necessary documents for patients’ visit.
  • Provide financial counseling to patients.
  • Performs cashiering duties. Collects payment from patients. Reconciles the daily collection report with actual collections.
  • Answers phone queries from patients.
  • Chaperon and assists doctors during consultation.
  • Makes & accept appointments for consultation.
  • Submit the Medisave applications. Checks Medisave account holder’s balances from CPF website, prints hard copy and tagged the information into HIS.
  • Cover duties of other staff during their absence where applicable.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned
