Role Details * Status: Part-Time (Temporary / Summer Only) * Hours: 30 hours per week (On-site clinic hours) * Location: Multi-site rotation. Responsibilities include: * In-Person Enrollment: Guide patients through the Athena portal registration process on their mobile devices. * Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve common identity verification issues and assist with password creation/security setup. * Education: Clearly communicate the benefits of the portal (lab results, messaging, bill pay) to patients of all technical skill levels. * Clinic Rotation: Follow a weekly schedule to provide coverage at different sites. * Data Integrity: Update patient contact information in the Athena system as needed. * Compliance: Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations. Minimum Qualifications: * High-School Diploma * Technical Proficiency: High comfort level with smartphones (iOS/Android) and mobile browsers. * Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the patience to coach adults through new technology. * Reliability: Time-management skills; must arrive at scheduled location on time. * Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required. Physical Requirements: * Standing/walking for the majority shift in a waiting room or exam room environment. * Viewing mobile screens and providing manual guidance on small devices.
