JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Cluster Leader to oversee the operational management of a cluster of clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will lead a team of clinic managers and staff, driving business growth, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance clinic performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in clinic operations management and leadership
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and make informed decisions
- Experience with clinic management software and systems
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements
Patient Experience:
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, excellent customer service, and positive patient experiences
- Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and monitor feedback to drive improvement
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of a cluster of clinics, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Manage clinic budgets, resources, and staffing to achieve business objectives
- Implement process improvements to enhance patient flow, reduce wait times, and increase productivity
Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinic managers and staff to achieve departmental goals
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs
Patient Experience:
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, excellent customer service, and positive patient experiences
- Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and monitor feedback to drive improvements
Business Growth:
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
