JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our medical spa. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a medical spa or spa is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is essential.
  • Strong understanding of medical/skin terminology is required.
  • Proven administrative experience with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems such as Jane software.
  • Process patient information.
  • Handle phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages.
  • Ensure compliance with medical/skin terminology and office protocols.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Provide support in managing clinic inventory and supplies.
