WE’RE HIRING: CLINIC CO-ORDINATOR / SKIN SPECIALIST

Are you super confident, friendly, and full of initiative? Do you thrive in a fast-paced clinic where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Clinic Co-ordinator / Skin Specialist who can handle a million tasks at once, stay calm under pressure (no flappers here!), and still deliver an exceptional client experience.
This role combines front-of-house reception duties with hands-on treatments — making it perfect for someone who loves helping people, is a fast learner, and has proven experience in a busy clinic environment. It also offers the chance to grow with us into leadership, with a clear pathway to Assistant Manager and even Clinic Manager.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Welcome and support clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Deliver Light Lounge Facials using the Dermalux Triwave MD.
• Help create engaging content and confidently appear on camera for social media.
• Manage client communications across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile and positive energy.
• Develop into leadership — with potential to grow into Assistant Manager and even Clinic Manager.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (essential).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinic environment.
• Super confident, friendly, and approachable.
• Comfortable with client communication across multiple platforms.
• Not camera shy — enjoys creating and appearing in social media content.
• Loads of initiative and the ability to multitask with ease.
• Loves helping people and making clients feel amazing.
• A fast learner who thrives in a team.
• No flappers — calm and capable under pressure!
