Position: Clinic Concierge (Part-Time)
Locations: Toronto West Clinics (Mississauga, Oakville and Brampton)
Shifts: Days, evenings, and weekends (flexibility is key!)

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of the clinic — welcoming clients and managing the flow of the day
• Educate clients on premium skincare products and treatments
• Support retail sales and cash handling with precision
• Keep client records organized and sessions running smoothly
• Be the go-to problem solver — handling questions and concerns with care
• Collaborate with nurses, intake coordinators, and clinic managers
• Order supplies, manage shipments, and keep operations seamless
• Represent the Laserbody M.D. brand with professionalism and pride

What You Bring:

• A passion for customer service and wellness
• Sales savvy and strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt, multi-task, and shine in a fast-paced environment
• Positive energy and a commitment to putting clients first
• The ability to work across our West Toronto Clinics, Mississauga, Oakville and Brampton and be available a variety of shifts year round, including days, afternoons and evenings. This opportunity is part time but could lead to full time in the future.
