Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and patient-focused Clinic Concierge to support CPPE partner clinics by converting new and existing patient leads into booked consultations. Acting as a seamless extension of each clinic, this role delivers timely, thoughtful and premium outreach to patients who have expressed interest but have not yet converted. This hands on role is designed to increase lead conversion, drive incremental revenue and reduce operational burden for clinic teams, while maintaining an exceptional patient experience that feels native to each clinic’s brand. The service is opt in for partner clinics and is fully managed by CPPE. Key Responsibilities Manage proactive outreach to new inbound leads, warm and inactive patients, and campaign or event enquiries to convert interest into booked consultations Act as a seamless extension of partner clinics by delivering calm, consultative and clinic branded communication across phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email and integrated social channels Qualify patient intent, understand goals and recommend appropriate next steps within agreed non-clinical guidelines, confidently booking consultations without sales pressure Maintain an exceptional patient experience by following each clinic’s tone, process and escalation guidelines, ensuring all interactions feel premium and personal Accurately update GoHighLevel following every interaction, including detailed notes, opportunity stages and follow up tasks, ensuring full visibility for clinics Review existing patient history prior to contact to avoid duplication and support a joined up patient journey Record all calls in line with quality assurance and coaching requirements and continuously apply feedback to improve performance Work closely with clinic points of contact to escalate out of scope matters and support smooth handovers where clinical input is required Essential Experience Requirements Previous experience in a customer facing or patient facing role, such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, wellness or contact centre environments Confidence communicating with customers or patients via phone, messaging and email, with a professional and friendly manner Experience handling enquiries and supporting customers through a decision or booking process Comfortable using digital systems to record information accurately and manage follow ups, including CRM or booking tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes, tone of voice guidelines and escalation rules Ability to remain calm, organised and patient focused when handling multiple enquiries Desirable Experience Requirements Experience working across multiple countries or within multi country teams Experience in healthcare, retail or other multi site service environments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in languages relevant to existing or potential European markets. The salary range listed below reflects the base salary only. Additional components of the total compensation package, such as bonuses or benefits, will be discussed during the interview process.
