JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinic Coordinator to support daily operations at our healthcare clinic. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process and dispatch daily sales, invoices, HR documents, and Medisave claims to the main office.
  • Scan, upload, and organize Wellness casenotes, Imaging forms, and other reports into shared systems.
  • Manage postage, mail collection, and distribution, including preparing and posting patient reports.
  • Maintain clinic supplies (e.g., pantry items, postage stamps, registration forms) and coordinate restocking.
  • Monitor and maintain clinic equipment, such as water dispensers and lighting fixtures.
  • Perform periodic tasks, including staff incentive tabulation, meter readings, and cash banking.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff, including fingerprint registration.

Requirements :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in document management and basic IT systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Prior experience in administrative or healthcare settings is a plus.
