Symbiosis Pediatric Therapy is a well established multidisciplinary therapy clinic specializing in providing therapy and consultation services to neurodivergent children and their families.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking to hire a highly organized and motivated Clinic Coordinator/Administrative Assistant (part-time) of our Delta location. It would approximately 20 to 25 hours per week; 4-5 hours morning shifts (preferably 8.30am-12.30pm or 9 am-1pm). The hours of work may increase in the future depending on operational needs.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Clinic Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the daily administrative tasks in the clinic. Interaction with many neurodivergent children and their families will be a large part of the day. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Clinic Manager and other administrative team, providing valuable assistance in various daily operations while also performing essential administrative duties. This is an excellent entry-level or mid-level position for individuals interested in pursuing a career in administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and can demonstrate excellent time management skills coupled with superior communication skills, both written and oral, is an absolute must.
  • Knowledge of Jane software for appointments will be useful.
  • A proven ability to use tact and discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • A proven ability to successfully work independently and under supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and Google drive Docs/Sheets is preferable.
  • Knowledge of the system within the Ministry of Child & Family Development surrounding third-party funding serving families in the autism/neuro-divergent community would be useful.
