In-Clinic Role | Paid Position $18-19/hour
Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about helping others? Our busy and dynamic physiotherapy clinic is looking for a Part-Time Clinic Care Coordinator to join our team! This is an in-person role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and supporting our healthcare team.

• Greet and check in clients in a warm, professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Maintain and organize patient records and clinic documents
• Assist with billing and insurance forms as needed
• Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean and organized
• Provide general administrative support to the clinical team
