Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our team in St. Louis, MO. Essential Functions: * Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting in person or over the phone. * Schedules appointments and transportation. Prepares daily client update sheets and sends appointment reminders. * Provide patients with support and guidance as needed. * Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in the patient’s EMR (Electronic Medical Record). * Manages medical record requests. * Processes payments, records and invoices to reconcile with finance. * Maintains necessary documentation and facilitates communication with providers to request authorizations for third-party payers and prior authorizations for nursing homes. Provides clinic-related correspondence to third-party billing company. * Maintains a safe and clean reception area. Qualifications: * Must have high school diploma or equivalent. * At least 3 years related experience required. Experience working in physician’s office or customer-facing experience in the healthcare field preferred. * Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including knowledge of Excel.
