Clinic Coordinator – Entry Level (Growth Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Support & Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, lab work, and other services through phone and text.
  • Patient Communication: Answer questions, process orders, and manage membership updates via the phone or text (our most common communication method).
  • Clinic Operations: Oversee billing, memberships, and manage patient census spreadsheet.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns, community outreach, and promotions.
  • Patient Engagement: Reach out to current, past, and prospective patients about updates, specials, and inquiries.
  • Patient Experience: Foster a welcoming, professional environment where patients feel respected and supported.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (text-based communication is essential).
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and positive attitude — ideal for someone who loves people and enjoys helping others transform their lives.
  • Previous medical experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is available.
