About the Team: The College of Sport, Health and Engineering offers a variety of courses ranging from undergraduate degrees through to doctoral studies. Field placements are required for undergraduate students as capstone studies, and in professional program to meet accreditation standards.  The College operates mainly within the Footscray Park Campus. The Master of Psychology programs are supported by a dedicated training Clinic VU Psychology Clinic at MetroWest in Nicholson Street, Footscray. About the Role: This role will provide leadership and coordination for the VU Psychology Clinic. It involves recruitment, induction and oversight of clinicians and the supervision of students in practice. Position Key Duties: * Managing the day-to-day clinic operations, planning, strategy and evaluation of the student clinic environment. * Organising and assessing suitability of clinic intake referrals for individual and group programs.  * Arranging and overseeing the clinical supervision of students and undertaking supervision of students within the clinic as required. * Liaising with external organisations to address incoming inquiries and promote clinic services.  * Conducting group supervision with provisional psychologists.   For a detailed overview of the role’s duties and responsibilities, please refer to the:  Position Description – Clinic Coordinator, Psychology [https://webresources.vu.edu.au/hr/employment/pdf/2026/277_17126.pdf]   Position Details: * Classification: HEP Level 8  * Salary: $113,953 per annum to $128,326 per annum plus 17% Superannuation * Employment Type:  Part-time continuing * Hours:  14.7 (0.4 FTE) hours per week, Monday and Tuesday * Location: MetroWest Footscray (face-to-face role)   About You:  * You will be a registered psychologist with substantial clinical practice experience, preferably with endorsement in an area of psychology such as Clinical, Health, or Counselling Psychology. * You must hold current AHPRA-approved Psychology Supervisor status and demonstrate strong leadership capability, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment. * You will have experience actively promoting clinic services within the local community and will be passionate about the education, supervision, and development of future psychologists.   Please note: The University is a Child Safe organisation. You will be required to hold a current Employee - Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencing employment.   Who to Contact?
