CLINIC COORDINATOR – WHITE CROSS - LUNN AVENUE Lead and support frontline clinic staff Ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow Full-time permanent role, 40 hours per week White Cross is seeking a proactive and people-focused Clinic Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our busy clinic. You’ll play a central role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient clinic performance. White Cross Lunn Ave Urgent Care and GP in Remuera offers accessible, high-quality medical care every day of the week, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, providing urgent treatment for injuries and illnesses—such as cuts, sprains, broken bones, flu, asthma, and wound care—as well as ongoing family doctor services by appointment Monday to Friday. Our ACC-accredited clinic also provides on-site private x-ray, dental, physiotherapy, travel vaccinations, and referrals to other health services, making it easy for patients to receive comprehensive care in one place. With a warm, ethnically diverse team ready to support you and your whānau, convenient walk-in and appointment options, public transport access, and parking, White Cross Lunn Ave ensures prompt, professional care whenever you need it. Working Hours: 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop clinic administration and reception staff Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations, including patient flow, equipment, and facilities Oversee patient enrolments, invoicing, and billing accuracy Assist with staff rosters, workforce planning, and cover as needed Monitor and report on clinic performance (KPIs) Maintain compliance with health, safety, and accreditation standards Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development Ensure exceptional patient care and professional communication What We’re Looking For Degree or relevant tertiary qualification (business or health administration preferred) Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare administration, general practice, urgent care, or similar Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Medtech, Indici) Excellent organisational, reporting, and billing abilities Commitment to equity and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi Legal right to work in New Zealand Why Join Us?
