  Job Title: Clinic Director Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Position Overview: The Clinic Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing site specific Clinic operations at ExperCARE Health.  This position is designed for a dynamic leader who will ensure exceptional patient care, foster a supportive team environment, and maintain strong relationships with the community.  The Clinic Director will integrate people, processes, and technology to enhance clinic efficiency, uphold financial performance, and promote a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities: * Leadership & Team Management: * Provide inspirational leadership to a clinically competent and engaged team, acting as a role model and mentor. * Oversee the hiring, training, evaluation, coaching, and development of clinical and front desk staff to promote a culture of excellence and accountability. * Patient Care & Experience: * Direct patient care initiatives and ensure every patient receives a top-quality, compassionate experience. * Actively engage with team members to enhance patient satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. * Operational Oversight: * Manage all clinic operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and other regulatory standards. * Coordinate scheduling to maintain adequate provider and ensure appropriate staffing ratios. * Supply Management & Inventory Control: * Maintain oversight of medical supply inventory, ensuring budget adherence and efficient use of resources. * Financial Management: * Monitor financial performance, including collections and revenue cycle management, to ensure the clinic's sustainability and profitability. * Analyze financial reports to inform decision-making.   * Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: * Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical operations and patient flow. * Monitor clinical checklists, logs, and compliance with established policies and procedures. * Community Engagement & Reputation Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance the clinic's visibility and reputation. * Represent ExperCare Health at community events and health initiatives, promoting the clinic’s services.     Qualifications: * Minimum qualifications include a minimum of two years of relevant higher-level education and experience in a healthcare setting.  * Proven experience in management, operations, and leadership within a healthcare setting, preferably urgent care or outpatient services. * Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L, and cash flow analysis. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders. * Proficient in healthcare technology systems and electronic health records (EHR).
