What You’ll Do As Clinic Director, you’ll combine hands-on IV care with team leadership and clinic operations. Clinical Responsibilities Start IVs and administer infusion therapies Monitor clients throughout treatments Document care accurately in EMR Ensure all treatments meet state and professional standards Leadership Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support clinical staff Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training Monitor staff performance and set development goals Resolve team conflicts professionally Maintain a positive, high-performance clinic culture What We’re Looking For Licensure RN, LPN, Paramedic, EMT-I, or Advanced EMT (active license) Experience 2+ years of IV or vascular access experience 2+ years of leadership or management in healthcare Key Skills Strong IV insertion and monitoring Excellent leadership and communication Customer-focused patient care approach EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to mentor and develop staff Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (100 lbs assisted) Ability to stand, bend, sit, and move for extended periods Strong critical thinking and communication skills Schedule Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts Some weekend availability required.
