JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in clinic or healthcare setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

• Oversee the smooth functioning and operation of the clinics
• Oversees clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
• Ensures guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all relevant personnel
• Handles PR cases at first line and assists staff in dealing with difficult situations
• Maintain discipline in compliance with policies
• Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators
