Our client, is a healthcare institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Clinic Executive.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree in relevant studies
• Experience in operations/administration in healthcare sector will be an advantage

• Manages the overall operations and ensures the efficient functioning of clinic services
• Supervises clinic scheduling, staff deployment, and optimal allocation of resources
• Ensures all clinic personnel consistently comply with established guidelines and procedures
• Addresses public relations matters as the first point of contact and supports staff in managing challenging situations
• Upholds discipline in alignment with organizational policies
• Ensures accurate compilation and timely submission of monthly reports and clinical performance indicators
