Description

OVERVIEW

Provides psychotherapy, clinical support, interventions, crisis intervention, and coordination to individuals ages 5 to 26 in an outpatient mental health clinic. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality service provision. Work for 10 to 15 hours weekly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed mental health professional (LCSW or LMSW)
  • 1 year of direct clinical experience in mental health setting treating children and adolescents
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish, English/Haitian Creole or English/French preferred
  • Familiarity and ability to efficiently navigate EHR, Microsoft Office, and ZOOM.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $55.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Utilize best practice and evidenced based approaches to provide individual and family therapy on a weekly basis, in person and as Telehealth.
  • Perform timely assessments, clinical screenings and interventions, treatment plans, care coordination, crisis interventions, and discharge planning
  • Meet required levels of service and productivity based on expected targets
  • Document session/progress notes accurately and timely to meet regulatory and agency expectations.
  • Utilize electronic health records to maintain session notes and track client’s history, profile, and progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and case conferences, as needed.
  • Cooperate and assist with incident management and other quality assurance requirements
  • Participate in mandatory agency and/or regulatory trainings
