Job Details Job Location: Willapa Medical Clinic - South Bend, WA 98586 PAY: According to the Union Contract- DOE, EOE Clinic LPN $26.55- $45.77 Clinic MA $23.77- $36.52 Medical, Vision & Dental benefits SHIFT: Part-Time –10- and 12-hour shifts, scheduled every other weekend and every Monday and Friday, 32 hours per week with a potential for additional hours by filling in during the week & Holidays if needed MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operates within the MA/LPN scope of practice delegated by, and under the supervision of, a healthcare practitioner and/or RN. Adheres to professional standards, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements. Has the ability to multi-task. Maintains respectful, kind, courteous, and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills with all staff members, patients, and volunteers. Provides compassionate, patient-centered, care aligned with Willapa Medical Clinic’s mission, vision, and values. Works as a team with other clinic staff to provide timely, appropriate, high-quality, patient care services including but not limited to preparing patients for examination and clinical procedures, point of care lab testing, injections, and other hands-on, electronic, and telephonic patient care needs. Qualifications Currently licensed in Washington State as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN Graduate of an accredited School Hold current CPR card. Prefer prior clinic experience. Experience with EPIC preferred Keyboarding, switchboard and computer skills Understanding of medical terminology Ability to work with minimum supervision.
