Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of clinic performance across sales, operations, clinical service delivery, people, and compliance.
• Lead, motivate, and support both the Front of House and medical teams to meet and exceed KPIs — with a focus on converting high-quality enquiries into bookings.
• Drive performance across the team of aesthetic doctors, ensuring consultation conversions, patient retention, and revenue targets are consistently met.
• Collaborate closely with the team members to maintain seamless day-to-day operations and ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery.
• Oversee all aspects of clinic workflows — including patient journey optimisation, stock control, scheduling, esource planning and business development.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, using data-driven insights to implement effective, measurable business plans.
• Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold clinical governance and patient safety standards at all times.
• Champion the delivery of exceptional patient experiences at every stage of the client journey.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinic or healthcare management, ideally within a premium, doctor-led aesthetic or medical clinic.
• Proven track record in driving sales and operational excellence within a private healthcare or aesthetics environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills — confident in leading multi-disciplinary teams, including medical professionals and administrative staff.
• Highly commercial, with excellent analytical, reporting, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on, and highly organised — capable of operating autonomously within a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Deep understanding of CQC compliance, clinical governance, and patient safety protocols.
• Tech-savvy, with strong IT skills (Excel, MS Office, Outlook); experience with clinic management or CRM systems is highly advantageous.
• Preferably a registered UK prescriber
