QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma/GED - Required
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing/Patient Care/Healthcare Administration/Business Administration or related - Required
• 5 years In Lieu of Associate’s degree, 5 years’ experience in ambulatory clinic setting - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire - Required
• Department of Transportation (DOT) - Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) - Required
