JOB SUMMARY

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional patient care, and driving clinic performance. Key responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, implementing systems and training programs, tracking patient outcomes, and fostering a cohesive, motivated team culture. The Clinic Manager ensures financial oversight, compliance with regional regulations, and alignment with the company’s mission to build a premier network for medical aesthetics and alternative medicine. This role is pivotal in cultivating a patient-centered culture, implementing best practices, and supporting clinic growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field
• Strong operational management skills, including overseeing clinic operations, staff, and patient care.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and achieving financial targets.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and tools
• Knowledge of AB’s healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (CRNA), privacy laws (CPSA), and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and evolving industry trends.
• Proven ability to measure and improve patient outcomes through data-driven strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in quality and safety standards.
