POSITION OVERVIEW

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operations of our ophthalmology clinic. This role combines leadership, administrative oversight, and direct coordination with staff, physicians, patients, and vendors. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, proven healthcare management experience, and the ability to foster a positive, structured workplace culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary education in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (background in ophthalmology an asset)
• Proven experience managing a medical or healthcare clinic
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and lead with confidence
