Description Objective: The Clinical Manager will lead and manage the clinical staff, and ensure success of clinical operations at specified locations. The Clinical Manager will ensure great patient experience, clean and safe clinic premises, off-site RTW operations, and continuous improvement of service lines. Additionally, the Clinical Manager will maintain performance and qualification standards for clinical staff. Requirements Patient Satisfaction 25% Ensure interior and exterior clinic premises are safe, OSHA compliant, and well maintained Resolve patient issues on the clinic floor or on the phone, and manages sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion Works with Marketing to address low reviews, and work with providers to continuously improve patient care Clinical Operations 45% Organizes, stores, and analyzes company data and patient PHI as professionally and effectively as possible Monitors patient and employee scheduling, and ensures that time off is adequately staggered for clinical ops Manages patient flow in a way that promotes safety and patient throughput Performs CLIA quality controls for lab Periodically reviews charting compliance Manages off-site locations Maintains vendor relations and ensures proper inventory levels for DME, medications, office supplies, refreshments Checks off on PQR completions and recertifications Leads clinic meetings Strategic Objectives 10% Identify opportunities for efficiency through process improvements, resource alignment, and sharing of best practices and insights Participates in the development of key strategic initiatives, communications, and complement ideas Leadership and Management 20% Directly supervises employees within the department(s) Indirectly supervises employees adjacent to Clinical Ops Requisitions, interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs work; rewards and disciplines employees Execute team members’ performance reviews and provide regular feedback, including on their standards of appearance and working ethics Develops positive work relationships with employees and respond to their requests
