Description The Clinic Manager plays a vital role in leading and overseeing the daily operations of the clinic. Ensures that the day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with clinical practice standards and the policies/procedures of the Center. Understands regulatory standards (AAAHC, CMS, and OSHA) and assist in preparation for and compliance with regulatory agency inspections/audits. Oversee and improve patient flow in the clinic to run smoothly and efficiently. Improve patient satisfaction and handle operational problems as they arise. Hiring and managing staff. Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisal for both clinical and administrative staff. Promotes excellent customer service by all levels of the staff. Develop and implement standardization of policies and procedures for all staff. Ensure all records, reports, logs, and documentation are kept current and in compliance with any regulatory and company policies and procedures. Serves as the primary contact at Corpus office; acts as a liaison and facilitates communication between Corpus staff, management, and OC Administration. Coordinates staff meetings for administrative and clinical staff Develop operational plans and budgets for each fiscal year and monitors the progress and offer revisions as necessary. Other duties as assigned or necessary based on business needs. TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead and oversee support staff, providing guidance, coaching, corrective counseling, development, and mentorship to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team. Set goals and provide motivation and support to the team. Provides fair and consistent leadership by fostering a skilled and motivated workforce through frequent department meetings to assess policies, procedures, and operational concerns. Facilitate leader rounding activities to gather feedback and improve leadership effectiveness. Leads by directing, delegating, and supervising tasks as needed to ensure the best possible service delivery. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in health administration or related field Preferred Graduate from an accredited school in professional nursing (RN or above) Required 3+ years of healthcare experience in a managerial role. Knowledge of continuous process improvement concepts and practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to master practice management software. CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: • Preferred: Active RN license as required by the state of Texas. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
