Description

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of clinic performance across sales, operations, service delivery, people, and compliance
Lead, motivate, and develop the Front of House and clinical teams to meet and exceed KPIs- converting enquiries to bookings
Lead team of therapists to meet consultation conversions and sales targets
Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless daily operations
Oversee clinic workflows, stock management, and treatment journey optimisation
Monitor performance, analyse key financials, and create actionable business plans
Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold clinical governance standards
Support the delivery of exceptional patient experiences across the full client journey
