Your Impact as Clinic Manager The Clinic Manager provides operational leadership and management oversight for our Northgate clinic. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective, efficient environment that ensures safe, high-quality patient care while meeting the needs of patients, staff, and physicians. This position will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including patient flow, staff development, and facility management. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, operational excellence, and team engagement. Clinic Manager – Key Responsibilities Lead, hire, train, and support clinic staff while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA, OSHA/WISHA, E&M coding, and other regulatory requirements Oversee daily clinic operations, including workflow, patient flow, scheduling, PTO, and staffing coverage Manage performance evaluations, coaching, recognition, and corrective actions Address employee and patient concerns, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement Supervise front office operations, billing documentation, EMR/EHR training, and system support Manage budgets, inventory, purchasing, equipment, vendor relationships, and facility services Develop and lead training programs for technicians and students, including hands-on instruction Represent the clinic in leadership meetings and ensure clear communication of updates and protocols Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication (verbal and written) Highly organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented Comfortable working independently and leading in a fast-paced environment Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism EMR/EHR experience Education & Experience: Bachelors Degreee in Business/Health Administration or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a medical group setting Ophthalmic Technician experience required COA/COT certification preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $90,000–$110,000 Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Robust ancillary benefits 401(k) with employer contribution Company-paid life insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer If you’re a skilled ophthalmic professional ready to take the next step into clinic leadership—or an experienced manager who thrives in a clinical environment—we’d love to hear from you.
