CLINIC OPERATIONS AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE:

· Oversee and coordinate daily clinic activities to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client service.
· Manage client intake, check-in, scheduling, and clinician bookings to optimize client care.
· Maintain a welcoming, professional, and organized clinic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

· A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinic Manager in a healthcare setting.
· Proficiency with EMR platforms (e.g., Jane App), Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
· Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to adapt to change, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands.
· Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client-centered service.

As part of a dedicated and innovative team of psychologists and social workers, the Clinic Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth clinic workflows, fostering a positive client and clinician experience, and supporting administrative staff.
