Description Great opportunity to join a growing multi-specialty clinic in Greenwood. This is a full-time exempt position based in our Greenwood office. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Assists in the delivery of primary health and patient care management in an outpatient setting. Assists with training, clinical evaluation, and competency review of clinical employees. Tasks Assigned: Responsible for maintaining appropriate staff levels for the clinic. This includes interviewing and selecting clinical staff. Work with Human Resources during the interview process. Main point of contact for staffing agencies and schools for clinic staff. Maintain policy and procedure manual. Create and/or adjust policies related to the clinic. Communicate changes to staff and train as needed. Review and monitor workflows in the clinic and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsible for organizing the Medical Assistant preceptor rotation and sign off process. Will conduct the final meeting (6 weeks) with the new hire prior to the sign off being completed. Collaborate with Medical Assistant Team Leaders to train clinic staff. Maintains clinic staff modules via the Learning Management System. Assess needs and create training modules for clinic staff. Assist with clinic schedule. Review schedule and approve before posting. Organize staff and preceptor meetings. Participates in the performance review process for clinic staff. Will collaborate with Medical Assistant Team Leader to complete performance reviews. Participates in regular meetings with EMR vendor. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, nursing, or related field is preferred. Minimum of five years of relevant experience preferred Minimum of five years in a healthcare leadership role required PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills. Strong focus on clinical and patient satisfaction. Perform effectively in stressful situations Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions while acting as a leader in healthcare. Excellent computer proficiency Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff and contacts outside the organization.
