How you’ll contribute The Plastic Surgery Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of a plastic surgery clinic to ensure efficient workflows, marketing, exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance. This role combines leadership, operations, patient coordination, and business management within a fast-paced medical aesthetic environment. Manager will also oversee and actively participate in billing operations. Additional responsibilities include: Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. Other duties as assigned.
