As the Office / Clinic Manager, you will be the driving force behind a well-run clinic, responsible for the leadership, operations, and culture that define the patient and team experience. You’ll manage daily administrative functions, lead and develop your team, and collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless, patient-first care. This role requires a strong operational leader who is proactive, service-oriented, and committed to driving performance and professionalism. You’ll be expected to lead with integrity, manage through influence, and deliver results across people, process, and patient care. What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day non-clinical operations and front desk workflows Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and accountability Lead weekly 1:1s, attend monthly leadership meetings, and participate in off-site quarterly team gatherings Own the clinic schedule—create and manage staffing coverage, approve PTO, and ensure appropriate support Communicate and implement updated policies and procedural changes Ensure customer service excellence and handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism Serve as the first point of contact for all office-related issues and coordinate with upper management Manage supply ordering, inventory tracking, and monthly facility audits Monitor clinic cleanliness, organization, and building maintenance needs What You’ll Bring Healthcare leadership experience required 2+ years of leadership or management experience Excellent communication skills—including active listening, clear delegation, and professional writing Proficiency in using scheduling, reporting, or office management tools A service-oriented mindset and the ability to resolve issues calmly and quickly Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, not required Benefits to Support Your Wellbeing & Lifestyle Full-time team members at Metro Vein Centers are eligible for: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Company Holidays Company-Paid Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Compensation Base Salary + Quarterly performance bonuses up to $2000.00 Schedule Full Time Monday - Friday The Metro Vein Centers Difference Healthy legs.
