Pain Management Group is looking for an experienced, full-time RN Clinic Manager to join our team. This position will work at the pain management program at Logansport Memorial Hospital (Logansport, IN). This position is responsible for the direct and indirect care of pain management patients on a day to day basis, including hands-on patient care in both clinic and procedures. The clinic manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the specialty staff under their charge, as well as developing and monitoring quality improvement issues and assuring competent staff members can meet patient needs. This position will require you to leverage excellent communication skills to build credibility, develop relationships, and navigate team leadership to deliver strong operational performance and provide high-quality clinical care.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE QUALIFIED:

Licensure/Certification/Registration (required)

  • Current State license as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS & ACLS certification

Education

  • Graduation from an accredited school or college of nursing (required)
  • BSN Preferred

Experience & Qualifications (required)

  • Two years’ experience as a clinical nurse and in office management in a hospital environment – preferred experience in surgery, pre-op, PACU, ER, cardiac care, or critical care
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to utilize programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and follow instructions in English
