CLINIC MANAGER – PROACTIVE HEALTH & PERFORMANCE

Location: Bolton, Ontario
Compensation: $24–$26/hour (based on experience)

Proactive Health & Performance, a multidisciplinary wellness clinic offering physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and more, is looking for a Clinic Manager to lead our dynamic team and elevate the patient experience.

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
• Manage and coach front desk/admin staff, providing training and performance feedback
• Handle billing and insurance submissions accurately and efficiently
• Track and report on KPIs (room utilization, booking rates, revenue metrics, etc.)
• Maintain clinic standards and support clinicians with scheduling and admin needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-focused clinic culture
• Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and leadership
• Lead by example with outstanding customer service
