JOB SUMMARY

We are an out patient clinic in Mississauga located directly across from Trillium Health Centre that is looking for a Clinic Manager.
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical office management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
This role is essential in ensuring that the clinic runs efficiently while providing high-quality patient care. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for management, staff supervision, scheduling, and other duties as needed.

SKILLS

  • Proven track record in supervising staff within a healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with medical office management software
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and records management
  • Experience in human resources functions related to hiring and employee development in a clinical setting
  • Previous experience in a medical clinic or related healthcare experience
