We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team in supporting clinics in Ontario.  We’re looking for a dynamic Clinic Manager to lead operations across multiple clinics, ensuring exceptional patient care, team engagement, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving performance goals, patient acquisition and retention, and fostering a positive, high-quality environment for both patients and staff. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Lead and Inspire: Act as a role model and coach for a team of clinicians and patient care coordinators, promoting accountability and professionalism. * Deliver Service Excellence: Ensure a patient-focused model of care with high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. * Drive Operational Success: Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and compliance with policies and standards. * Collaborate and Grow: Partner with business development teams to expand clinic presence and support referral growth. * Champion Change: Implement new initiatives and technologies to improve patient outcomes and operational processes. * Travel and Connect: Conduct regular clinic visits and virtual check-ins to maintain strong communication and oversight.
