The Snore Shop by Resolve is currently seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team in the Atlantic region supporting the New Brunswick, PEI, and northern Nova Scotia areas.
The Clinic Manager will be accountable for the fiscally efficient operation of a group of clinics by ensuring the team of Clinicians and Patient Care Coordinators have the skills, knowledge, and support to provide the highest quality of patient service delivery. This position will oversee several clinics within the stated territory.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Plan, organize and direct daily clinic activities to achieve operating metrics for all clinic operations in a financially efficient manner.
- Ensure that the Clinicians and Administrative staff actively support a patient focused model of continuing care by encouraging participation in our REST Program.
- Lead by example and act as a coach to motivate your team to take accountability for results by sharing knowledge, experience and responsibility in a drive for the highest standards of professionalism, sales and service excellence.
- Occasionally assisting with Clinician duties, as required.
- Responsible for ensuring your team has the skills and knowledge and support to provide the full range of patient services.
- Monitor revenue and expenditures for alignment to budget and forecast.
- Achieve a consistent high degree of quality, safe and efficient sleep apnea services in accordance with operating procedures.
- Strong change management skills and ability to adopt technology and reporting platform changes to support operational and general management improvements.
- Display leadership that delivers a high degree of employee engagement, a strong safety culture and ethical behavior.
- Ensure daily and periodic management controls are in place and are effective.
- Actively participate in the performance management review process.
- Proactively address issues that could negatively impact clinic operations.
- Manage the clinic’s budget, billing system, and inventory.
- Order inventory and supplies for the clinic.
- Oversee patient billing/insurance reimbursement procedures for all clinic services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of clinic operations with at least three years of multi-clinic management or supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, office management, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
- Experience in healthcare/respiratory therapy is an asset.
- Ability to supervise and motivate the team to perform their duties efficiently with a focus on exceptional patient care.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and working with insurers.
- Competency with CRM systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
- Ability to create a positive work environment.
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
- Valid Driver’s License
