CLINIC MANAGER

Titan Financial Brokers will be supporting the recruitment efforts for a new clinic in Dubai
Location: Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai – UAE

Salary: AED 3,000/month

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning of the clinic. You will be responsible for managing staff, handling administrative duties, and creating a welcoming environment for both patients and team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualification in healthcare management or administration
• Minimum 1 year of local UAE experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare regulations in UAE
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• DHA knowledge or experience dealing with licensing is an advantage

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and DHA guidelines
• Manage patient flow, appointments, and customer service standards
• Coordinate between departments (doctors, nurses, admin)
• Handle inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate reports, billing, and documentation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
