CLINIC MANAGER – PART-TIME (CASUAL)

We’re a family-run chiropractic clinic passionate about helping people feel their best. We’re looking for a warm, people-focused Chiropractic Assistant to help our patients feel like they’re part of our extended family every time they walk through the door.

SCHEDULE

• Monday: 7:45 AM – 11:15 AM
• Thursday: 7:45 AM – 11:15 AM & 1:45 PM – 6:15 PM
• Friday: 1:45 PM – 6:15 PM

(Approximately 16 hours per week – some flexibility may be required.)

• Looking for someone who is available for all shifts, or even just the mornings :)

• Greeting patients and making them feel truly welcome and at ease
• Assisting the chiropractor during patient visits when needed
• Managing bookings, phone calls, and simple admin tasks
• Keeping the clinic clean, calm, and inviting
• Being the friendly face patients look forward to seeing each week
• Creating and running social media content pages
