OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both eye care and medical office environments, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all clinic operations run smoothly, staff are effectively managed, and patient care is prioritized.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Accuro EMR software is highly desirable.
  • Maintain
  • Strong human resources skills including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Previous experience in a ophthalmology office as well as a medical office setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
  • Background in hospital settings or acute care environments is a plus.

  • Implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Address patient concerns and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction with clinic services.
  • Ensure the clinic is adequately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
