ABOUT VYCARE MEDICAL

VyCare Medical is a growing, team-based primary care clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. With two locations in Vancouver—Kingsway and Brentwood—our multidisciplinary team includes:

• 10 Family Physicians
• 1 Nurse Practitioner
• 2 Physician Specialists
• 2 Clinical Pharmacists
• 2 Registered Nurses
• 1 Licensed Practical Nurse
• 6 Full time & 2 Part time MOAs

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee operations at both clinic sites. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, a high standard of patient care, and a positive team environment.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE & QUALITY

• Act as the primary point of contact for patient service concerns and resolution.
• Maintain privacy and security protocols in line with PHIPA and clinic policies.
• Develop and implement tools for service quality monitoring and patient feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Post-secondary education in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a clinic operations or healthcare management role.
• Experience with Juno/OSCAR EMR and MSP billing systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of BC’s primary care system, interdisciplinary teams, and patient attachment models is an asset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Medical Director and Director of Operations, the Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at both clinics, lead the administrative team, and support coordination among clinical staff.
