Description Rural Psychiatry Associates is seeking a Clinic Nurse to join our growing team! As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our psychiatric providers, ensuring seamless patient care, and contributing to a positive healthcare experience for our patients. The Role: What to Expect Location: Based in our Grand Forks, ND office. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM). Collaborative Care: Work closely with psychiatrists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to provide top-tier mental health services. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Support: Implement nursing care based on patient needs under the direction of psychiatrists and mid-level providers. Medication Management: Update and maintain accurate patient medication records. Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for patients, guardians, insurance companies, providers, and pharmacies. Administrative & Clinical Support: Assist with documentation, patient assessments, and general nursing duties. Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all records and communications adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Conflict Resolution: Follow the chain of command for addressing concerns or conflicts. What We're Looking For Must be able to obtain licensure in all states where RPA provides services. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced mental health setting. Passion for providing care to patients in rural and underserved areas.
