REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

· 3+ years of nursing experience (aesthetic or surgical preferred)
· Registered Nurse (RN), licensed and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
· Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (current)
· CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
· Experience in a plastic surgery and completion of training in aesthetic injectables are assets
· Strong familiarity with EMR systems and patient charting
· Demonstrated track record of improving customer experience metrics scores
· Experience in working and managing in a fast-paced and changing environments
· Experience and understanding of tools, technology and products required to operate successfully in clinic settings
· Proven ability to build productive relationships as well as strategic partnerships, both externally and internally
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to influence others
· Demonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying and implementing solutions
· Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment

You’ll work closely with a small, experienced team to deliver exceptional care across both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
In this role, you’ll support patients through every step of their journey—conducting assessments, assisting with procedures, and delivering aesthetic treatments under medical directives.
