The Puyallup Tribal Health Authority (PTHA) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, culturally sensitive care while helping to inform and empower our patients and community. What You’ll Do: As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you'll: Provide direct patient care including triage, assessments, medication administration, IV starts, and treatments. Deliver health education for chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, and tobacco cessation. Participate in specialty areas including OB, diabetes, chronic pain, employee health, infection control, and training. Collaborate closely with providers, nursing staff, and other health professionals to coordinate care. Engage in community outreach and health education programs to improve overall wellness. Serve as a resource and mentor for new staff and nursing colleagues. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, and comply with regulatory and PTHA standards. What You Bring: Current WA State RN license (BSN preferred, ADN considered with experience). Minimum 3 years clinical experience (BSN) or 5 years (ADN) in acute or primary care settings. Experience in health education and patient counseling. Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS as required. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records and basic office tools. Why PTHA?
