Supports the director with the execution of administrative duties and performs clerical and supervisory duties in support of front office and patient care services in the Resident Clinics. Ensures the proper maintenance and management of the Allscripts EHR. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) years previous supervisory experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of medical codes (ICD10 and CPT) Preferred: Associates Degree Bilingual in Spanish Knowledge of and experience with CHDP, State Funded Programs, HMO and Medi-Cal Insurance Knowledge of CQM/CQS/P4P/HCC/MIPS Incentive programs Familiarity with Allscripts EHR Overview Nationally Recognized.
